Davis Insurance Group Llc was established in September 2007 by Lloyd and Janet Davis of Statesville, NC. They purchased the Brooke Insurance Agency location at 1475 Highland Ave NE, Hickory, NC in November 2007. The agency had been a Brooke Franchise location since 2004 and was a part of the Target Insurance Group since the early 90's. The name was changed to Davis Insurance Group, Llc officially in October 2008. Many policyholders that originally began with the Target Insurance Group remain policyholders today.
Lloyd Davis managed Triangle Insurance Agency of Mooresville before purchasing his current agency. He served the community of Mooresville from 1999 until 2007 providing property and casualty insurance through that independent agency. He also was in the life and health insurance field for several years prior to becoming a property and casualty agent.
